The hotel has a modern and comfortable executive room with fresh fruit juice and a decent breakfast, perfect to start the day. the staff is gracious enough to take your bags upstairs and bring breakfast to your room. Each floor has a private living area, providing a perfect place to socialize.
Some guests had issues with the pricing policy of the hotel.

The hotel offered us a very comfortable room with all modern amenities. The breakfast food was delicious and offered a great range of options including fresh fruits, egg, cheese, and arepa. The hotel's location provided easy accessibility to nearby tourist attractions. there was a living room center located on each floor which was an awesome place to hang out and relax.
This hotel was not suitable for individuals who cannot climb stairs as there was no elevator present. the absence of air conditioning might cause some discomfort on hot days.

Great modern room, amazing staff. The breakfast had fresh fruit, eggs, cheese, and arepas which was enough to start my day. The living room centers on each floor was a plus. The staff was kind enough to bring breakfast to my mom's room when she couldn't climb up to the 4th floor.

The fruits at breakfast were fresh and delicious, and the living room areas on each floor were comfortable to hang out. the staff was always willing to help with the luggage. the hotel was perfectly located near cafes and restaurants.
On the other hand, the service was disastrous, and our room was not comfortable. We had problems with the air conditioning, the towels were dirty, and the staff was rude and unresponsive.
